This is the growing library. Notes, field observations, experiments, projects, and eventually whatever else seems worth writing down. I’m less interested in predicting where AI is going than in paying attention to what it is actually doing.

Some of it is practical. Some of it is just interesting. Most of it starts with a question I can’t quite leave alone.
